Tran Phi Son’s nickname is Vietnamese Ronaldo. He has returned to have drills with teammates after a long-term break for his serious ligament injury of the instep.
The midfielder shared that he has absolutely recovered and able to carry on specialized and hectic frequent training.
However, after that long period off the pitch, Phi Son’s physical strength is questionable.
Last year, Tran Phi Son took off SLNA shirt and had a new one in TP.HCM Club.
In the first 3 matches of V.League 2018, Phi Son scored 2 goals against his old team - SLNA club before had been sent out because of his injury.
The last time Tran Phi Son gathered with Vietnam NT was AFF Cup 2016.
Coach Park is now leading high-quality troops being in good form, along with the cemented solidarity. At present, the positions of attacking midfielder and right/left midfielders are competed by qualified players.
Therefore, it is not a high chance for Phi Son to have a slot in the Vietnam NT’s line up at this time
