U15 Indonesia with surprising statistics facing U15 Vietnam

While U15 Malaysia and U15 Thailand are bracing for an semifinal encounter, U15 Vietnam and Indonesia must play in third place playoff.

This will be the second time that Vietnam has encountered Indonesia. Indonesia once won 2-0 over Vietnam in the group stage then crowned the group winner while Vietnam took the second place.

In the semifinal, Vietnam was hammered 1-3 by Malaysia while Indonesia lost 0-2 to Thailand. U15 Indonesia coach admitted that: “Thailand is a quality rival with good organization. We have learned a lesson after this thrashing, players will get more experience”, speaking of the confrontation against Vietnam, he said: “We will practice more to fight for the third place”.
