VPF offers 4 options for the V-League 2020 to return
V-League 2020 currently has 4 plans to return to continue playing starting September 12, but will depend on the schedule of the AFC Cup 2020.
At present, the return of the V-League is the question that is most concerned by domestic clubs. If the tournament does not return soon, it will cause a lot of difficulties for the participating teams, especially economically.
Understanding the club's wishes, VPF has recently launched plans for the V-League 2020 to return. Notably, the proposals will also depend on the schedule of the AFC Cup 2020, with the participation of two Vietnamese representatives, the Ho Chi Minh City Club and the Than Quang Ninh Club.
The rest of the AFC Cup 2020 is pushed back to 2021:
1. The 12th round of the first stage V-League 2020 will be restarted from October 3. In particular, the second phase of the group competing for the championship ends on Niierdl.relegation was November 15. The National Cup starts on September 19 and 20 with quarterfinals, with two semi-finals held on September 26 and 27 and the final on November 28.
The First Division returns on September 23 and also ends on October 31. The advantage of these two options is that the number of matches between the whole and the club has enough time to 60 days to prepare for the new season when the 2020 tournament ends.
The rest of the AFC Cup 2020 plays this year:
1. The 12th round of the first phase of V-League 2020 will be restarted from October 4. In particular, the second phase of the group competing for the championship ended on November 29 and the group that avoided relegation was November 22.
Meanwhile, the First Division continued on September 24 and ended on October 31. And the quarterfinals of the National Cup took place on September 12 and 13. After that, two semi-finals are held on September 18-19, and the final is held on December 5.
2. As for V-League 2020, matches also return on October 17. In which, the second phase of the group competing for the championship ended on 12 December and the group that avoided relegation is 29 Nov. The National Cup begins on September 19 and 20 with quarterfinals, with two semi-finals held on September 26 and 27 and the final on October 10.
And the First Division returned on September 24 and also ended on October 31. In this option, the number of matches remains the same but the club has only about 45 days to prepare for the new season when the 2020 tournament ends.
