Format of U19 National Championship 2020 Finals:
8 teams are divided into 2 groups:
Group A: U19 HAGL 1, U19 PVF, U19 Ho Chi Minh City and U19 An Giang
Group B: U19 HAGL 2, U19 CAND, U19 SLNA and U19 Binh Duong
The final round of the National U19 2020 will officially start from June 19 at PVF - Hung Yen Youth Football Training Center.
The teams will compete in a round to choose the top 2 teams in each group to compete in the Semifinals. Semifinals and finals will be played following kockout format. The prize for the champion team includes trophy, flag and VND 80 million. Runner-up will recieve VND 50 million and two third-ranked teams are awarded VND 30 million / team.
The U19 National 2020 final will be the place for coach Philippe Troussier to choose the best faces for Vietnam U19 to attend important tournaments in Asia and ASEAN.
